SPECIFICATIONS:

The ENVIO wash water processor is a complete, self-contained system for recycling plate processor wash water. A Computer controls and monitors the rinsing of the CTP plates, using only 5% of the water normally used by the processor.

One touch operation:

The System auto-fills, then activates when the plate processor needs water: recirculating and stabilizing the wash water using a specially designed additive to maintain proper balance through out the production cycle. At the end of the cycle, (activated by user at the end of shift*), the system drains and refills, ready for the next run.

The Systems compact design, (18 X 28 X 16 inches, 25 gal, single unit), rolls under the exit conveyor, behind the plate processor, interfacing with processor's drain and wash connections... a simple install.
